#AceWorldNews – IRAQ: Feb.07: At least 22 people have been killed in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, with more than 50 people suffering injuries after two bombs exploded in the east of the city, according to Reuters.

The blasts took place just hours before a seven-year nighttime curfew imposed in the capital was about to be lifted. The first attack hit a restaurant in a Shiite area of the city, which left 12 people dead.

The second blast took place in the Sharqa market district, killing 10. The Interior Ministry spokesman Brigadier General Saad Maan said he did not believe the blasts were linked to the decision to lift the curfew.
